Massage booking enquiries
If you want an appointment, use the booking form or WhatsApp and include the therapist name, massage service, preferred date, one or two time windows, duration and whether you want a studio or mobile session. Add your general area for mobile massage so travel can be checked.
Do not send payment until the therapist or authorised provider has confirmed availability, the final SGD price, duration, location and cancellation terms. A message alone does not guarantee a slot.
Questions about a therapist profile
Send the exact profile URL or name and identify the field you are asking about—service, language, experience, certification, area, studio rate, mobile rate, schedule, gallery, video or contact route. We can review directory information, while live availability and final appointment terms come from the provider.
Please do not send intimate photographs, banking credentials, one-time passwords, employer details or unrelated identity documents. Only provide information needed to understand and answer the request.
Claim, update or remove a profile
Therapists and authorised business representatives may request ownership review, corrections or removal. Include the full URL, your relationship to the profile, the exact change required and a safe contact route for verification. For an ordinary update, provide the current wording, rate, schedule or media permission.
We handle impersonation, unauthorised media, suspected underage content, coercion and immediate safety concerns as priority reports. State the concern clearly and preserve relevant evidence, but do not publish private personal data in a public comment.
Business and editorial enquiries
Massage establishments and independent adult therapists can ask about profile requirements, service categories, areas, multilingual fields and media specifications. A listing must remain within professional wellness massage and use media supplied or authorised by the person represented.
SG Massage does not accept escort listings, sexual-service offers, coded extras, misleading medical claims or content that appears to involve coercion or a minor. Submitting information does not guarantee publication or a verified badge.
Response times and urgent matters
Messages are normally reviewed during the stated Singapore contact hours. A complete message can be answered more efficiently than several messages without a profile name, date or requested action. Weekends, public holidays and requests requiring verification may take longer.
SG Massage is not an emergency service. For immediate danger, suspected exploitation, fraud in progress or a medical emergency, contact the appropriate Singapore authority or emergency provider. Do not wait for a directory email response.
Privacy when contacting us

Send the exact URL, identify the incorrect field and provide the current information or a concise explanation. Urgent identity, consent or underage concerns should be stated clearly.
Do you provide medical advice?
